Saint-Georges-de-Chesné (in French pronounced as /sɛ̃ ʒɔʁʒ də ʃɛne/; Breton: Sant-Jord-Kadeneg) is a former commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in Brittany in northwestern France. On 1 January 2019, it was merged into the new commune Rives-du-Couesnon.[2]
Saint-Georges-de-Chesné is located 38km (24miles) northeast of Rennes and 49km (30miles) south of the Mont Saint-Michel.
