Saint-Barthélemy is a parish municipality in the Lanaudière region of Quebec, Canada, part of the D'Autray Regional County Municipality.
Before it's creation, the territory were Saint-Barthélemy is currently located was known as Saint-Barthélemi-de-Dusablé. The current municipality was created in 1855 as Saint-Barthélemi. In 1981, the name was corrected to Saint-Barthélemy.
In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Saint-Barthélemy had a population of living in of its total private dwellings, a change of from its 2016 population of . With a land area of 105.36km2, it had a population density of in 2021.[2]
