Saelania Explained

Saelania is a genus of mosses in the monotypic family Saelaniaceae in subclass Dicranidae.[1] [2] The genus was previously placed in family Ditrichaceae.[1] [3] Saelania is named after Finnish botanist Thiodolf Saelan.
