SM Kamrul Hassan is a Lieutenant General of the Bangladesh Army who in 2024 was appointed the 17th Principal Staff Officer (PSO) of Armed Forces Division.[1]

Before being appointed PSO he was a Senior Directing Staff (Army-1) at National Defence College, the Commandant of Bangladesh Military Academy (BMA), and commanded the 66th Infantry Division and Rangpur Area[2] as General-Officer-Commanding (GOC).[3]
