Choline transporter-like protein 1 explained

Choline transporter-like protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SLC44A1 gene.^{[1] [2] [3]}

Papillary glioneuronal tumors characteristically exhibit a gene fusion between SLC44A1 and PRKCA.^{[4] [5] [6]} Loss of function mutations have been implicated in ethanolamine transport. ^[7]
