Rutka-Tartak is a village in Suwałki County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Lithuania.[1] It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Rutka-Tartak. It lies approximately 28km (17miles) north of Suwałki and 1360NaN0 north of the regional capital Białystok.
