Run Prefecture Explained
Runzhou or Run Prefecture was a zhou (prefecture) in imperial China in modern Jiangsu, China, seated in modern Zhenjiang. It existed (intermittently) from 595 to 1113, when it became Zhenjiang Prefecture.
