Rudolph J. Wig Explained

Rudolph James Wig (October 3, 1883April 8, 1968) was an American industrialist, trustee of Pomona College, and layman of the Presbyterian Church.^{[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]} He was an associate engineer and physicist at the Government Bureau of Standards^[9] and published scientific papers about handling and testing of concrete construction.^{[10] [11]}
