Roy G. Saltman[1] (July 15, 1932 – April 21, 2023) was an American electrical engineer. He was known for being the United States Federal Government leading expert on computerized voting.
Saltman was born in Manhattan.[2] He attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Columbia University and the American University.
Saltman was a computer security specialist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.[3]
Saltman died on April 21,[4] 2023 in Rockville, Maryland, at the age of 90.[5]
