Ronald Leighty (August 27, 1930 – November 11, 2022) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member of the South Dakota House of Representatives.[4]

Life and career

Leighty was born in Aberdeen, South Dakota. He attended Northern State University and served in the United States Air Force.[5]

Leighty served in the South Dakota House of Representatives from 1963 to 1966.

Leighty died in November 2022, at the age of 92.
