Rock Creek Township is one of fourteen townships in Carroll County, Indiana. As of the 2020 census, its population was 447 (down from 475 at 2010[4]) and it contained 186 housing units.
Rock Creek Township was organized in 1828.[5]
District School No. 3 at Rockfield was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of, of which (or 97.90%) is land and (or 2.10%) is water.[4]
The township contains four cemeteries: Brown, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Mullendore and Parks.
Rock Creek Township residents may obtain a library card at the Delphi Public Library in Delphi.[6]
