Robert Quincy Beard (December 7, 1929 – March 8, 2021) was an American politician. He served as a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives.
Beard was born in Iredell County, North Carolina. He attended Lenoir–Rhyne College.
Beard served in the North Carolina House of Representatives from 1969 to 1975.
Beard died on March 8, 2021,[1] [2] at the age of 91.
