Rob Evans (reporter) explained

Rob Evans is an investigative reporter.[1] He was instrumental in the exposé of BAE Systems' corrupt payments.[2] He also worked on the promotion of freedom of information[3] primarily via the book he co-authored[4] with colleague Paul Lewis, .[5] The two authors exposed 40 years of espionage through the book.[6] Evans also wrote Gassed: British Chemical Warfare Experiments on Humans at Porton Down.[7] Awards received include for Undercover,[8] and for his exposition of the Al-Yamamah arms deal.[9] He started work at The Guardian in 1999.[10]
