Riviera Tower, also known as Marina Tower or Hellinikon Marina Residential Tower, is a residential skyscraper currently under construction in Athens, Greece. Located at the coastal district of Elliniko, its planned height of 198m (650feet) is going to render it the tallest building in Greece. The tower designed by Foster + Partners when completed in 2026 will host 200 apartments on 50 floors. The tower will feature green building characteristics and its developers aim for LEED Gold certification. The tower is a part of the Hellenikon Metropolitan Park.[5]
