Hohepa plays his club rugby for Patumahoe RFC.^[2]

Professional career

Hohepa first represented in 2019, but didn't earn a professional contract until 2022.^[3] He was called into the squad ahead of Round 5 of the 2023 Super Rugby Pacific season, debuting in the match against .^{[4] [5]}
