Rigoberto Ramos Aquino (February 2, 1931 – May 11, 2015[1]) was a Puerto Rican politician and the second longest serving mayor of the city of Adjuntas (1969–1973, 1977–1981 and 1989–1997). He is regarded as one of the strongest leaders of the New Progressive Party of Puerto Rico (PNP).
