Richard H. Moss is a climate scientist and former chairman of the Advisory Committee for the Sustained National Climate Assessment.[2] In that role, he was responsible to support the publication of the Climate Science Special Report and the Fourth National Climate Assessment.[3]
Moss was previously Vice President and Managing Director for Climate Change at the World Wildlife Fund and Senior Director for Energy and Climate at the United Nations Foundation.[4] Moss has been a member of the IPCC since 1993.
