Richard Garner Moore Jr.^[1] is a retired United States Air Force lieutenant general who last served as the deputy chief of staff for plans and programs of the U.S. Air Force from 2022 to 2024.^[2] He previously served as director of programs of the U.S. Air Force.^{[3] [4] [5] [6] [7]}

In May 2022, Moore was nominated for promotion to lieutenant general and appointment as deputy chief of staff for plans and programs of the United States Air Force.^{[8] [9]}
