René Bach (born 7 June 1990, in Hjordkær, Rødekro)[1] [2] is a motorcycle speedway rider from Denmark.[3] [4]
He was a member of the Denmark U-21 national team.
He started his British leagues career in 2009, joining the Newcastle Diamonds for the 2009 Premier League speedway season. The following season he recorded a 9.42 average for the Diamonds.[4] After a short spell at Peterborough he signed for the Workington Comets and in 2012, he won the Premier League Pairs Championship partnering Adam Roynon for Workington during the 2012 Premier League speedway season.[5] He would spend three more seasons with the club from 2013 to 2015.[4] Bach had a season in Scotland with Glasgow in 2016 before returning for one final season with Workington in 2018.[4]
