Razdolye (Russian: links=no|Раздолье) is a rural locality (a khutor) in Kosteltsevsky Selsoviet Rural Settlement, Kurchatovsky District, Kursk Oblast, Russia. Population:
The khutor is located in the Ruda River basin (a tributary of the Usozha in the basin of the Svapa), 82 km from the Russia–Ukraine border, 42.5 km north-west of Kursk, 27 km north of the district center – the town Kurchatov, 10 km from the selsoviet center – Kosteltsevo.[3]
