It serves the community of the SOCCSKSARGEN region in the southern part of Mindanao, Philippines.

History

Early Years (1957–1960)

Established in 1957 by Atty. Eugenio Millado and his wife, Doña Aurora. Originally named as Mindanao Vocational School (MVS), the school aimed to address the regional need for vocational training and educational opportunities in the region.

Achievement of College Status (1960–1978)

By 1960, MVS attained college status and was renamed Magsaysay Memorial Colleges (MMC). This milestone led to the expansion of undergraduate programs and the establishment of comprehensive academic departments ranging from kindergarten through secondary education.

Leadership Transition (1978–1993)

In 1978, leadership of the institution was transferred to Hon. Florante Millado, the son and successor of the principal founders. Under his leadership, the institution was renamed Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges (RMMC) to honor the 7th President of the Philippines. This renaming aligned RMMC's values with President Magsaysay's legacy of integrity, leadership, and public service.

Legacy (1993–present)

Upon the demise of Hon. Florante Millado in 1993, leadership of RMMC was entrusted to his wife, Elda, and their four children. The Millado family has since been instrumental in advancing the institution's growth while upholding its commitment to delivering high-quality education and preserving the foundational values set forth by its founders.
