On 28 November 2015, Todsam was arrested for abusing and assaulting an employee of the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited in 2013.[1]
On 25 October 2024, Todsam came back to his own Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). were he was three years ago.[2]
On 28 October 2024, Todsam got ticket offered from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from Arni-Kelapur Assembly Constituency & he won the seat by a margin of 29,313 votes against Congress Candidate Jitendra Moghe who is the son of former minister Shivajirao Moghe.
