As of 2011, Rajarampur had a population of 872, in 156 households. This population was 54.2% male (473) and 45.8% female (399). The 0-6 age group numbered 126 (58 male and 68 female), making up 14.4% of the total population. 194 residents were members of Scheduled Castes, or 22.2% of the total.[1]
