Quasintoceras Explained

Quasintoceras is a genus of goniatitid ammonites from the Lower Carboniferous Visean[1] included in the Intoceratidae of the Pericyclaceae, now Pericycloidea.[2] [3]

Aquilonites, Intoceras, and Oxintoceras are among related genera.
