Qareh Bolagh-e Azam (fa|قره بلاغ اعظم) is a village in Howmeh-ye Sarpol Rural District of the Central District of Sarpol-e Zahab County, Kermanshah province, Iran.
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 435 in 96 households.[2] The following census in 2011 counted 554 people in 134 households.[3] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 803 people in 203 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[4]
