Qaraqaşlı, Neftchala Explained

Qaraqaşlı is a village and municipality in the Neftchala Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 2,469. The municipality consists of the villages of Qaraqaşlı, Beştalı, and Şorkənd.^[1]
