Qarah Bolagh (fa|قره بلاغ, also Romanized as Qarah Bolāgh; also known as Qal‘eh Zīr) is a village in Shoja Rural District, in the Central District of Jolfa County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 467, in 125 families. The next census took place in 2011 counting 366 people in 121 households, and the census of 2016 showed a population of 865 people in 272 families. Qarah Bolagh was the most populous village in its rural district.
