Pyrnus (Caria) Explained

Pyrnus or Pyrnos (grc|Πύρνος) was a coastal polis (city-state) of ancient Caria in the Rhodian Peraia.^[1] It was a member of the Delian League.^{[2] [3]} Its site is located near Büyükkaraağaç, Muğla Province, Turkey.
