Pyramodontinae Explained

Pyramodontinae is a subfamily of pearlfishes, of the family Carapidae. The subfamily consists of three genera:^[1]

• Pyramodon H. M. Smith & Radcliffe, 1913
• Snyderidia C. H. Gilbert, 1905
