Puri Indah Explained

-6.188°N 106.734°WPuri Indah is a growing neighborhood at Kembangan, Jakarta, Indonesia. The area is in between South Kembangan and North Meruya administrative village of Kembangan district of West Jakarta. The area is located at the intersection of W1-W2 toll/expressway of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road.

The area is one of the rapidly growing neighborhoods which consists of business districts, apartment towers and shopping centers with other civic amenities. Because of its strategic location and close proximity to both Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and Port of Tanjung Priok, the area has already turned into a new central business district of Jakarta.[1]

Most of the renowned developers of Indonesia are constructing separate block developments within the area.

Puri Indah CBD

Puri Indah area is a 180ha CBD area that will consist of five-star hotels, apartments, suites office towers, convention & exhibition center, international hospital and luxury shopping malls. maintained by Pondok Indah Group for about 20 years.[2] [3] [4]

St. Moritz

It is an integrated development of about 12ha, which consists of six apartment towers, office Tower, five-star hotel (JW Marriot), two shopping centers, school, hospital, country club and convention center, which is developed by Lippo Group.[5] [6] [7] The six apartment towers and Lippo Office Tower are integrated with Lippo Mall Puri.[8]

Ciputra

A mixed development of about 7.5ha is being developed by PT Ciputra International. This super block consists of 10 towers of office, apartments and shopping mall.[9] [10]

MRT Jakarta (Future Planned)

Puri Indah, a burgeoning urban area in West Jakarta, is poised to experience significant growth and transformation with the upcoming development of the Jakarta MRT East West Line Phase 3. This ambitious project, scheduled to commence in 2024, will establish a vital transportation link spanning from Cikarang in the east to Balaraja in the west. The planned MRT line is set to traverse the entire length of the Jakarta-Merak toll road, providing seamless connectivity for commuters and enhancing the region's accessibility.

The proposed MRT line will span a considerable distance, linking various strategic points and serving as a vital transportation artery for residents and commuters. One of the key highlights of this project is the Batu Mulia Station, which will be strategically located along this route. Named after its proximity to the gemstone-themed areas in the vicinity, Batu Mulia Station is set to become a prominent landmark and a hub of activity.
