Pterotopteryx lonicericola explained

Pterotopteryx lonicericola is a moth of the family Alucitidae. It is found in Russia,[1] as well as Tajikistan.

The larvae have been reported feeding on Lonicera korolkowii and Lonicera nummulariifolia.[2]
