Protostrioconus Explained

Protostrioconus is a synonym of Conus (Gastridium) Modeer, 1793 represented as Conus Linnaeus, 1758. These are sea snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Conidae, the cone snails and their allies.^[1]
