Protosolpuga Explained
Protosolpuga carbonaria is an extinct species of solifuges, the only one of the genus Protosolpuga and the family Protosolpugidae. This Carboniferous camel spider was discovered in the Mazon Creek fossil beds of Illinois.[1] [2]
