Proszowa is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mirsk, within Lwówek Śląski County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border.[1] Prior to 1945, it was in Germany.

It lies approximately 9km (06miles) south-east of Mirsk, 22km (14miles) south of Lwówek Śląski, and 111km (69miles) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
