Prdelačka Explained
Prdelačka (literal meaning: "arse soup",[1] also: zabijačková polévka, "slaughter soup") is a traditional Czech pork blood soup made during the pig slaughter season.[2] It is prepared with pork broth, pig blood, potato, groat, onion and garlic as primary ingredients.[3] It is traditionally made as a part of pig slaughter (zabijačka).
