Prairie Township is one of twelve townships in White County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 3,384 and it contained 1,413 housing units.[1]
Prairie Township was organized in 1834.[2] The township was named for the open prairies within its borders.[3]
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of, of which (or 99.97%) is land and (or 0.03%) is water.[4]
