Polygala rehmannii explained

Polygala rehmannii is a species of flowering plant in the milkwort family (Polygalaceae).[1] It is endemic to areas with an altitude below 1160m (3,810feet) in Southern Africa.[2] [3] It was first described by Robert Chodat in 1893.[1]

Description

The species is a perennial herb with a height between NaNcm (-2,147,483,648inches) growing from a woody rootstock.[2] [3] The leaves are 10mm25mm long and have rounded ends. Just like the stem, the leaves are glabrous. The flowers the plant produces are blue or greenish-blue.[2]

Conservation

The Red List of South African Plants list the species as of least conservation concern.[4]
