Pojbuky is a municipality and village in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.

Pojbuky lies approximately 19km (12miles) north-east of Tábor, 66km (41miles) north-east of České Budějovice, and 74km (46miles) south-east of Prague.
