Podbiel is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Celestynów, within Otwock County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3km (02miles) south-west of Celestynów, 120NaN0 south-east of Otwock, and 330NaN0 south-east of Warsaw.
Near village, on marshes "Bagno Całowanie" was discovered relics of neolithic settlement (11 800 – 8500 years BP).[2]
