Pochinkovsky District (Russian: Почи́нковский райо́н) is an administrative district (raion), one of the forty in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Russia.[1] Municipally, it is incorporated as Pochinkovsky Municipal District.[2] It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 1960.6km2. Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Pochinki. Population: 30,668 (2010 Census); The population of Pochinki accounts for 38.8% of the district's total population.
