Plutycze is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bielsk Podlaski, within Bielsk County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 14km (09miles) north of Bielsk Podlaski and 260NaN0 south of the regional capital Białystok.
