Plozévet is a commune in the Finistère department of Brittany in north-western France. Plozévet is twinned with the village of Hartland, Devon, UK.

Plozevet is a seaside town located 24km (15miles) west of Quimper. Historically it belongs to Cornouaille and Pays Bigouden.
The municipality launched a linguistic plan concerning the Breton language through Ya d'ar brezhoneg on 23 November 2007.
In 2008, 17.70% of primary-school children attended bilingual schools.[2]
