Plesiomesosites is an extinct genus of longhorn beetles of the subfamily Lamiinae,^[1] containing the following species:

• Plesiomesosites dissitus (Zhang, Sung & Zhang, 1994) †
• Plesiomesosites exaratus (Zhang, Sung & Zhang, 1994) †
• Plesiomesosites trigonius (Zhang, Sung & Zhang, 1994) †
