Platydoris macfarlandi explained

Platydoris macfarlandi is a species of sea slug, a dorid nudibranch, shell-less marine opisthobranch gastropod mollusks in the family Discodorididae.[1]

Distribution

This species was described from three specimens captured at depths of . off Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo Bay, California, 35.145°N -120.6566°W. It has also been found in deep water at Redondo Canyon, Los Angeles County and at depth at Bahia San Cristobal, Baja California, Mexico, 27.4078°N -114.6611°W.[2] [3]
