Latin:	ligamentum pisometacarpeum
From:	Pisiform
To:	Fifth metacarpal

The pisometacarpal ligament joins the pisiform to the base of the fifth metacarpal bone. It is a continuation of the tendon of the flexor carpi ulnaris.
