Pinin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PNN gene.^{[1] [2]}

Pinin has been shown to interact with Keratin 8,^[3] Keratin 18,^[3] Keratin 19,^[3] CTBP1,^[4] RNPS1,^{[5] [6]} PRPF4B,^[7] SFRS4,^[8] PPIG,^[9] SRRM2^[8] and SFRS18.^[8]
