Phyllonorycter valentina explained

Phyllonorycter valentina is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from the Russian Far East.[1]

The larvae feed on Ulmus species, including Ulmus propinqua and Ulmus macrocarpa. They mine the leaves of their host plant.
