Phyllocnistis extrematrix explained

Phyllocnistis extrematrix is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from Kazakhstan, Romania, and the European part of Russia.[1]

The larvae feed on Populus balsamifera, Populus nigra and Populus suaveolens.
