• Handicrafts and cottage industries
• Marketing of commodities
• The Department of Trade and Industry
• The Optical Media Board
• The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines
• The Securities and Exchange Commission
• The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Investment and Economic Affairs
