Phil Hernandez is an American Democratic politician from Virginia. He was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in the 2023 Virginia House of Delegates election from the 94th district.[1] Prior to the election, he was a civil rights lawyer and former senior policy analyst in the Obama Administration.
Hernandez was born in Hampton Roads.[2]
